Mô tả công việc:

This role is to consistency deliver the approved Microsoft 365 solutions, configurations and installations to all
offices across BLA Group.
This role is also to support the local IT administrators to administrate the Microsoft 365 resources and troubleshoot.

- Manage, configure, and do maintenance of Microsoft 365 components and security (Office 365, Windows Enterprise, Exchange online, Teams, Sharepoint, Intune, ATP)
- Manage mail flow
- Responsible for change management
- Proactive in solution and plan to utilize the use of Microsoft 365 components.
- IT Helpdesk
- Ensure that the Microsoft 365 is properly monitored
- Troubleshoot and problem determination and problem resolution
- Maintain system documentation

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator qualifications.
- Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security qualifications.
- Good IT helpdesk skill.
- Up to date knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking.
- Ability to learn and adapt to rapid changes in information technology.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to research & solve complex issues independently.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skill.
