Mô tả công việc:

SAP Level 1 System Suport
• Provide day-to-day systems fully support to SAP modules SD/MM/FI/CO: Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and Controlling
• Support BU about the analysis, planning and implementation of business process improvements and supporting the resolution of day-to-day user operational issues
• Liaise with external vendors to deploy new customized reports & integration based on business requirements
• Handle SAP Request tickets and assist in resolving/replying to users
• Prepare document and support end users on new & updated functionality
• Prepare and update training materials for end users

Other
• Report to the Line Manager upon succession of any tasks accordingly
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related IT fields
• Knowledge of business consulting (e.g., Supply Chain Management/Logistics) is an advantage
• Having 2 year experiences in SAP support job (preferably MM/SD or Logistics area)
• 1 year+ experience in participating in SAP implementation/roll out projects
• Problem solving and analytical thinking
• Good English communication skill
• Professionalism & Work Management
• Teamwork
