Design and prepare Test plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases according to user requirements.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders such as the business team, product managers, engineers to sync up product features and troubleshoot issues.
Perform functional test and user scenario test on iOS/Android mobile and Web platforms
Communicate with technical and reproduce issue for debug plan.
Work closely with the project team to understand user requirements and review issues
Coordinate testing activities with other members
Ensure UAT are delivered with approved quality and timeline

2-3 years of experience with software testing.
Experience in developing test cases, test plans, and execution tests (functional testing, non-functional testing).
Good communication skills, who can convert business feedback into technical requirements and vice versa.
Experience in web, mobile applications.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Having enthusiasm and passion at work, having a responsibility to ensure product quality.
Good at research, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability.
Experience in APIs(Postman), database, backend testing.
Strong knowledge about basic testing concepts according to ISTQB
