Summary
This role will be responsible to manage a team of technical resources responsible to provide infrastructure solutions, delivery, and support operation for the group. The role will also provide leadership to manage overall IT operations for the office including data centre, network infrastructure, service management, security, cloud, systems and disaster recovery planning/execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
- Help define IT infrastructure architecture, operation, and processes
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support all regional sites that under the responsibility of the role

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience working in IT operations
- Excellent English verbal
- Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
- Experience in delivering Cloud, Dev/Ops and digitalization initiatives
- Ability to understand business processes, health and financial functions
- Strong oral and technical documentation skills
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing skill set and able to manage conflicts
- Team player who can lead in brainstorm session with peers to problem solve and make decisions
- Self-driven with a positive attitude to champion for culture change management initiatives within IT and with interfacing business unit stakeholders
- Strong initiative and leadership
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
