KBTG Software Quality Management Team is growing at a fast pace. We are welcoming talents in all levels to come join us. To learn, to work and to build a new culture of quality management together as one team. We have many projects waiting for you. 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
  • At least 4 years experience in management end-to-end functional testing for SIT / UAT in complex projects both manual testing and automation.
  • Strong understanding of project management, ensure that test management is aligned with projects objective / scope / plan to accomplish the testing on time, on budget, with quality.
  • Strong experiences in quality risk management with ability to summarize / analyze test result for highlight the risk / issue and provide recommendation for mitigation, contingency, improvement.
  • Good understanding of software testing life cycle / test processes in various SDLC methodologies.
  • Good logic and experiences in automated testing with ability to drive / support implement test automation.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in multi-cultural team with people from various backgrounds.
  • Strong passion and desire to move forward and lift up own skills under a challenging environment.
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services would be an advantage.
