Mô tả công việc:

- Create and manage Business Projects' quotation, bidding, and purchase orders with clients and suppliers.
- Draft Sales contracts, give and consolidate comments to finalize contract terms and get the contract signed.
- Follow the delivery process, and prepare handover and payment documents.
- Collect documents from suppliers for the payment process.
- Work on procurement: purchase equipment, and software.
- Support the General Affairs team for company operation tasks and events.
- Collaborate with HR Team and Finance/Accounting Team to ensure the smooth of business.
- Other duties assigned by BOD.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- 02-03 years of similar position.
- Good at Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, team spirit, can-do attitude, resilient & motivating.
