JOB OVERVIEW

- Planning of operation infrastructure, operation procedures, schedule management (including contractor management), network management between stores and bases, troubleshooting
- Performance/resource management and maintenance of hardware/software, planning/implementation of security measures
- Operational management of OA environment (computers, printers, etc.)
- Management of operation and maintenance costs, contracts with business partners, and billing operations
- Master configuration design according to work and approval flow, construction of its management system, and maintenance management
- Implement introduction plans and support based on global standards, and for individual projects in Vietnam, respond as customization requirements as necessary in accordance with the laws and regulations of Vietnam.

Scope of work and responsibilities

Planning of operation infrastructure, operation procedures, schedule management
(including contractor management)"
·         Understand the work content of each department at the practical level, organize the characters and work content from
the 5W1H perspective, and create the work flow while leading the members. "
·         Lead the members by using that work flow in drafting the most suitable infrastructure base proposal
(service content, cost, business partner) for the work."

Management of networks between stores and bases, troubleshooting
·         Propose the type and quality of the network between stores and bases that match the business while leading the members"
·         Collect information for selecting contractors (carriers, operation and maintenance companies, etc.) and put it in a list"
·         Review costs (investment, running) every six months, and continue verification while always leading members
in terms of quality and its value."
·         In the event of a failure and when the Superior is absent, take command of the restoration on behalf of the Superior"

Performance and resource management and maintenance of hardware and basic software
·         Propose hardware/software selection that match the work while leading the members"
·         Collect information for selecting subcontractors (manufacturers, operation and maintenance companies, etc.)
and put it in a list"
·         In order to review the costs (investment, running) every six months, lead the members and summarize the current cost list in a table and update it monthly."
Planning and implementing security measures
·         Lead members to create and update security policies based on global standards"
·         Based on the security policy, create and update countermeasure standards and operation procedures while leading the members."
·         Regularly audit the implementation status of each countermeasure item"
·         Based on the audit results of the implementation status, repeat education and change to establish the operation."

Operation management of OA environment (PC, printer, etc.)
·         Propose hardware/software selection proposals that match the work while leading the members"
·         Collect information for selecting subcontractors (manufacturers, operation and maintenance companies, etc.)

Management of operation and maintenance costs, contracts with business partners, and billing operations
·         Verify the validity of system development cost and its running cost estimate"
·         Verify the estimated amount and actual results, and when a gap occurs, correctly analyze the cause and plan/implement measures to prevent recurrence."
