Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam is a branch of 1C company - the leader in the Russian market of business solutions built on its own 1C:Enterprise platform. There are over 3000 companies in Vietnam using 1C solutions in their everyday business operation. 1C Vietnam partnership network actively expanding through the major cities across the country.
Low-code 1C:Enterprise platform utilizes built-in Domain Specific Language (DSL) to provide the fastest customization and development of business solutions.
We have an intermediate opening for the position of “Junior IT Administrator”.

Job Description:
• Handle and resolve network, hardware and software issues of the users (company employees)
• Help support team staff to resolve 1C software related tasks or issues on the customer’s side.
• Monitor availability and maintain company services.
• Handle support and technology department requests to deploy, publish, backup, recover databases on the company and customers server infrastructure.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications:
Must have:
• Understanding of networks, hardware and software basics
- Windows and Linux knowledge and administration skills
- DBA basics (understanding of the structure and some experience in PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
- basic knowledge in writing scripts (python, go, bash)
- network stack basics (TCP/IP)
- basic web server administration skills (Apache, NGINX)
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Keen attention to detail
• Determination and tenacity to commit to the end when solving issues
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of server software and hardware
• Advanced knowledge in Linux Server OS, PostgreSQL and etc administration.
• Experience working in the IT services provider company or system integrator
• Understanding of ITIL basics
