Mô tả công việc:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications to ensure they meet business requirements effectively.

• Develop high-quality code and configure Salesforce systems to enhance functionality and improve user experience.

• Conduct system integration and data migration activities to ensure seamless continuity and efficiency across platforms.

• Provide technical support, resolving issues in real-time to minimize business impact.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and integration models.

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.

• Manage Salesforce user roles, security settings, profiles, workflow rules, and other administrative functions.

• Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.

As for the Team Lead position in particular:

• Mentor team members, support skill development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Developers and Consultants in analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.

• Monitor project progress, ensure product quality, and manage resource allocation within the team.

Yêu cầu:

Must-have:

  • Minimum ~4 years of experience working with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.
  • Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, Visualforce.
  • Solid experience in system integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • ~ 1 year in a leadership or team management role.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect).
  • Experience working with Japanese, US, or European clients.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Copado or Jenkins is a plus.
  • Experience in offshore or outsourcing development environments.

Chế độ:

  • Salary: 35,000,000 - 45,000,000 VND/month or negotiable based on position.
  • Probationary Salary: 100% of the salary during the probation period.
  • Bonuses: Includes a 13th month salary, project bonuses, performance-based bonuses, seniority bonuses, and Tet bonuses.
  • Salary Review: Consideration for salary increases twice a year, based on work performance.
  • Project Participation: Engage in diverse projects, utilizing and developing the latest technologies. Projects include those for English, Japanese, and Korean speaking markets.

  • Certification Sponsorship: Financial support for certification exams such as Japanese, ISTQB, AWS, salesforce ranging from 1 to 10 million VND.
