JOB SUMMARY:
In this impactful position with Hoan My Medical Corporation (HMC), you will work closely with fellow members of Hoan My IT and ensure the success of our smart hospital journey through resilient IT Infrastructure capabilities.
You will be hands-on and expected to get into the details for managing or performing work associated with developing, implementing, remediating, monitoring and continuously IT Infrastructure Services.
As IT Infrastructure Manager, you will:
• Manage a dedicated team of professionals to provide outstanding desktop and infrastructure support services for Hoan My and our network of Hospitals
• Ensure Hoan My runs on resilient IT Infrastructure designed and supported to industry best practice for OS, network, firewalls, systems, on prem and cloud services.
• Lead Projects and implement to a high quality in a fast-paced environment
• Design, test, implement and remediate secure infrastructure in close collaboration with HMC Cybersecurity.
• Conduct audits, evaluations and assessments, providing recommendations for the entire Hoan My network.
BAU Operations
Manage day to day BAU activities related to infrastructure and desktop services
Ensure high quality network, infrastructure operations, system incident troubleshooting and remediation for all Hospital and Clinics
Ensure that tickets are processed within strict time frames and escalate incidents within defined timeframes
Lead infrastructure and desktop projects as well as act as SME for other projects as required
Identify and develop mitigation for issues or risks associated with assigned projects
Manage and optimize Infrastructure and project budgets and forecasting
Design, implement and support LAN / WAN networks, wireless networks, infrastructure solutions to meet Hospital requirements
Provide server, network switch, firewall and routers operational support and management
Assist in planning, design, hardware implementation, software, network and telephony capabilities
Develop operating, installation, and upgrade procedures for systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software
Management of backup and restore process for all servers and application in Hoan My Hospitals and Clinics
Perform periodic network assessments and network/systems security audits
Plan and deploy patches update/upgrades for network devices and servers as per security recommendations
Ensure uptime and operational SLA targets are met for servers and network systems
Provide security remediation for all vulnerabilities as identified by Cybersecurity through Pentest, VA Scan, News, Microsoft Patch Tuesday, etc.
Test all changes to networks, hardware, software, and hosted applications
Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications
Security policy implementation and monitoring for threats
Site reliability testing
Storage management, including both local storage hardware and cloud storage systems
Ensure quality management of VMware virtualization environment
Support Hospitals / Clinics to rollout and adopt new applications and services
Support HMC IT Application team and ensure data load (ETL/ELT) completes successfully for Hospital applications to UDB on Azure
Be responsible for training, technical guidance and support for IT Infrastructure Teams at Hospitals / Clinics
Infrastructure Documentation, Governance and Best Practices
Manage, develop, implement, and review industry-standard IT Infrastructure frameworks, policies, SOP, standards and best practices
Document current hardware and network environments, including servers, PCs, IT security and network systems, videoconferencing and telephony
Ensure that all IT services are compliant with agreed quality, performance and customer experience standards; or have realistic plans in place to address areas requiring remediation
Documenting and disseminating security guidelines for common security issues, remediation mentorship, and security technology baselines
Ensure that all IT services are compliant with HMC Cybersecurity standards; or have realistic plans in place to address areas requiring remediation
Provides advice, counsel and support on infrastructure matters and recommended solutions for applications.
Work with relevant teams to establish DRP (Disaster Recovery Planning) and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and align with business need
Maintain subject matter knowledge, identify and monitor environmental and industry trends; current and emerging technologies and issues; and related legislative, legal and statutory changes
IT Vendor and Partnerships
Maintain relational vendor and supplier partnerships
Manage outsourced vendors that provide infrastructure functions for compliance with Hoan My security policies / processes / standards
Oversee and contribute to product evaluations, service selections and tender assessment in accordance with Procurement Office procedures

Required Technical Skills
At least 3-5 years of experience as infrastructure IT Manager
Leadership experience and management of a team of professionals
Strong understanding of infrastructure best practices.
Solid background in TCP/IP, Wi-Fi and firewall, Cisco Switch, familiar with VLAN, DMZ, VPN, LAN/WAN, DNS, NGINX
Server and network equipment support and monitoring skills
Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Online, VMware Virtualization management
Experience in Infrastructure design and implementation
Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, UNIX, LINUX) and databases MSSQL, MySQL, Azure-Data warehouse and ETL
Familiar with Power Shell Script and basic code with Python language
Fortigate / Palo Alto / Sophos Firewalls
Experience in architecting on Cloud infrastructure: Azure, AWS, Private-Cloud
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience in architecting on local Vietnamese Cloud infrastructure: HI GIO, Viettel and CMC
Oracle / MSSQL Database: installation, backup and restore, DB migration, replication implementation
Experience in VOIP and Call Center
Other scripting languages
Required Background, Soft Skills and Mindset
Keen interest in Cybersecurity and willingness to learn more
Professional spoken and written Vietnamese and English
Professional technical documentation skills in Vietnamese and English
Be knowledgeable about (or capable to learn quickly) the healthcare sector and industry
Information Technology qualification or equivalent discipline
Clear understanding of the challenges of securing, maintaining IT in a distributed enterprise caliber MNC style environment
Professional communication (oral, written, presentation), interpersonal and consultative skills
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done
Work under high pressure, goal oriented, and inspired to perform both independently and as part of a team
Has a critical mindset and able to smartly processes, ideas, etc., with the intention of improving the work and the team
Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Experience in controlling information technology project budget
