Mô tả công việc

  • Build, guide and manage the development process of the project, ensuring the team applies the process effectively: Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban), Agile practices
  • Ensure products are created that meet the needs and expectations of Product Owner, Stakeholders and End-users
  • Taking a central role while proactively being involved in leading, executing, implementing, strategizing and quality assurance as necessary for driving project successfully

Yêu cầu:

  • 5+ years of experience for Web development
  • At least 1 year experience in project management: Define project objectives, Planning, Scheduling, Resource management, Risk management, Progress management
  • Have worked as a senior software engineer in one of Golang, Kotlin, VueJS or ReactJS
  • Good experience in software and system architecture design
  • Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, analytical skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • English skill or Japanese skill
