Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Define system architecture, technical standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Lead the development team in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure product stability and performance.
- Evaluate and recommend modern tools, frameworks, and processes to enhance engineering efficiency.
Software Development & DevOps
- Contribute to both frontend/backend development (.NET, Node.js, Java, Golang, Python, etc.) as part of end-to-end delivery.
- Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to maintain quality and reliability.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure/ GCP).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Monitor production systems to ensure performance, resilience, and compliance.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, BAs, and QAs to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Lead technical discussions and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Engage directly with international clients to ensure transparency, trust, and delivery excellence.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience, with more than 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or team lead role.

Technical & Leadership Skills
- Proficient in one or more backend stacks: Java/ Golang/ NodeJS/ Python/ .NET.
- Strong experience in architect & system design, microservices, API, cloud, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) & Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Lead by example with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Make sound, data-driven technical decisions under pressure.
- Balance hands-on coding with architectural direction and team leadership.
