Mô tả công việc

  • The System Engineer role provides professional Managed services including design and deployment, technical support and management of our customer’s infrastructure.
  • Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Maintain Virtualized servers, Cloud environment, Storage, Linux, Microsoft
    • Web, Database and other application servers
    • Maintain hardware and software patch levels
    • Monitor and manage systems used in support of data center operations
    • Experience with Enterprise level backup tools (Veeam)
    • Technical support and manage client’s system infrastructure and maintain process documentation

WORKING HOURS: In shifts (6-8 hours/ shift) & 3-4 shifts / week

  • During the week: One night shifts: 7 hours from midnight and one morning shift: 7am to 2pm
  • During the weekend: two extra shifts per day to provide daytime service
  • During public holidays in France (6 or 7 days per year): two extra shifts per day to provide daytime service

Yêu cầu:

Background

  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems or equivalent education
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • High level of English communication, French is a plus
  • Strong background with core network and compute technologies in large scale deployments and multi-client solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex, technical, multi-site and multi-disciplinary problems and incidents

Hard skills

Must have

  • Basic in Network & Security ( CCNA, NSE )
  • Advanced technical knowledge of:
    • Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
    • Microsoft server products (Windows 2008 to 2019)
    • Linux Server Products
    • Application Services (Web, Database, Mail, …)
    • Network & Security basic

Nice to have

  • CCNA or more, NSE4, VCP, LPIC1&2, etc. certifications
  • ITIL knowledge/accreditation specializing around operational Incident/Problem and change management

Chế độ:

  • Attractive base salary, range: 800 USD – 1500 USD up to level
