• Production Support L2
• Communicate with client to understand problem statement
• Troubleshooting and analysis of production issues.
• Managing Incidents triaging, reporting and assignment of tickets
• Carrying out the Production Deployments
• Being able to fix minor defects without dependency on Development Team.
• Ensuring to meet PSS SLA (Partner Support Service - Service Level Agreement)
• Able to prepare and execute low to medium complex Database Scripts
• Understand System Functionality and DB architecture
• Good English communication with Clients.
• 4+ years of Production support experience in applications using AWS, SQL, Shell Scripting
• Experience in managing AWS Services like Code Pipeline, EC2, version upgrades, patching, Cloud metrics reporting, etc.
• Experience in working with Ticket managing system, JIRA.
• Experience in Supply Chain Finance domain is a plus
• Nice to have experience in SaaS based application development
• Must be ready to work in shift timings matching Singapore morning time
• Should have good attitude of Teamwork
• Basic knowledge of technology .Net, Angular
