Roles:

The main duties of a solutions analyst are: Talk to stakeholders and develop a functional requirements specification. Analyze and map all relevant business processes and IT infrastructure. Research any rules that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organizational mandates

Responsibilities:

  • Working with other project members from various business units to identify functional solutions for the objective of the project (scope: Business Requirement document, Functional Requirement study, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and support), prioritize the requirements, prepare functional specifications for system enhancement, and providing recommendations related to the proposed solution.
  • Conduct solution analysis and engage through all phases of requirements translation to system changes developments. Cover the technical design changes impact assessment in the new solutions deployed.
  • Work independently in the department as solution champions to support the platform under the Head of IT and to work with the Business teams and IT Vendor Teams
  • Operate across organizational boundaries to ensure system implementation and changes to business requirements will be successful and accepted by all parties.
  • Conduct relevant functional analysis covering detailed business requirement analysis, solution analysis from business/functional perspective and being involved in functional impact assessment to identify and recommend solutions for system implementation and business improvements.
  • Obtain functional requirements via interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, used cases, scenarios analysis, etc.
  • Provide requirements specifications according to standard templates; decompose business requirements into Functional Specification Document (FSD).
  • Validation of users’ input based on own knowledge to ensure all areas of systems and business processes are covered in the Functional Specification Document (FSD)

Yêu cầu:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Solution Analyst.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in Insurance or Finance industry is an added advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Business and Functional Requirement Analysis, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) approaches, methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experienced in project planning, impact analysis and execution of activities related to implementation of business requirements for new or existing systems 
  • Strong communication skills, excellent in English and Vietnamese, both in speaking and writing
