And to take it further, we're looking for a passionate Site Reliability Engineer to be a part of our rapidly growing, award-winning team, who is responsible for ensuring stability / reliability of our platform across environments. You will take charge of the continuous analysis of the existing infrastructure from the reliability perspective, centered around removing performance bottlenecks, optimizing the infrastructure, the toolkit, and the workflows involved in running it.

Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is desired.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our customer/sale/marketing people to resolve 24/7 incidents, identify and troubleshoot issues reported by customers within SLA.
• Design high-level schematics of the infrastructure, tools, and processes needed. Build and maintain tools, solutions and microservices associated with deployment and our operations platform, ensuring that all meet our customer service standards and reduce errors. 
• Monitor and test our system integrity, implement designs, application developments and other processes related to infrastructure, making improvements as needed. Preparing input for infrastructure/tooling/workflow updates across the organization.
• Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes.
• Work with CI and CD tools, and source control such as GIT and Circle CI.
• Stay current with industry trends and source new ways for our business operation to improve

• 3+ years of work experience as a SRE, DevOps or Backend developer (Java)
• Familiar with Agile development processes
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills
• Micro-service development using Spring or based on AKKA and gRPC
• Message queue: Kafka
• Experience with popular search engine frameworks: ElasticSearch
• DB skills (SQL/NoSQL)
• Non-Blocking IO, Asynchronous processing.
• 2+ years experience with Kubernetes, Istio is a plus
• Familiar with Cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. Certification in one of those cloud providers is a plus.
