Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high quality design practices. This includes participation in all aspects of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design.
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks, working on a framework for judging the success or failure of the product, prioritising feature development and structuring product failures.
• Maintain and further build design workflows that ensure that all designs delivered are in line with style guides and are of high quality standards.
• Ensure that the projects are delivered in a timely manner.
• Highly communicative and responsive both within the team and to stakeholders across the company while managing a large volume of ongoing projects.

Who we look for – the ideal profile

• Minimum 4-year experience as a Web Designer, dedicated to the complete UI/UX design and development lifecycle of several successfully launched desktop and mobile applications.
• Demonstrated visual design expertise; capacity for creating effective & user-friendly designs and layouts.
• General understanding of how design impacts development; ensuring designs are not overly complicated and costly to develop.
• Proficiency with design standards and have a sense with design trends.
• Proficiency in a variety of design and collaborative tools. We prefer Figma.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Preferred if the candidate has strong E-commerce experience
• Preferred if the candidate has experience in data analytics product
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written skills work with Vietnamese and international teams
• Relevant work experience in UX Research, Product Design, UX Design, Visual Design is an advantage.
