Product Owner – Online Payments
As a Product Owner in the Online Payments squad, you’ll be part of the team supporting Live
Group’s business growth by providing scalable and secure digital payment solutions to facilitate
all Card not Present (CNP) transactions - meeting the Online Payments needs of our customers
and enabling them to grow.
We are rebuilding our online offering using the latest technology and partners and we
want you to help us raise the bar and drive these changes.
What YOU will be doing:
• Deliver: prioritise and organize backlog to drive impact, track and drive squads OKRs
• Define: detailed user stories and requirements for payments-related features.
• Discover: Identify opportunities of improving our payments offering to fulfill needs
of our internal teams and merchants/partners
• Partnering: identify pain points and keep stakeholders involved
• Participate in agile team rituals, bring the product point of view and voice of the
merchant to the table
• Understand impact of the team, track and share successes/failures
• Track payments industry trends, standards, and competition.
You are proficient in written and verbal English
• You have 5+ years’ experience in product management in an agile delivery
environment
• You have strong experience in the payments industry
• You have a "customer first" attitude: Experience in leading problem discovery to
solution implementation
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to balance qualitative and
quantitative insights to make the right business decisions
• You have lots of drive and a "can do" attitude
• You have e-commerce experience in either marketplaces, platform providers or pure
players
