They offer a Customer Data Platform (CDP) that unifies customer data from disparate sources to deliver a holistic view of the customer enabling insights and actions with the objective of optimizing personalized customer journeys. They have differentiated technologies to ingest and unify customer data, perform machine learning on customer data and syndicate with other software products for activation. They have numerous large global customers, like Subaru, Panasonic, LG and Canon who trust them to handle their complexity, scale, and security needs.

Our Vietnam team has around 15+ engineers who are software engineers, quality engineers and product managers. We are taking care of multiple parts of the platform.

THING YOU WILL DO: 

• Be the voice of the customer and build/own roadmap that aligns with customer’s needs and company’s strategic vision.
• Gather product feedback and help drive specifications for our Integration Studio
• Identify and define metrics to measure the success of our product
• Evaluate new market opportunities and synthesize these into initial proof of concepts
• Interface with cross-functional teams such as Design, QA, Devs, CS, amongst others to help drive projects from start to finish
• Engage with our set of customers to better understand the market, define feature set, identify priority and scope project.
• Explore and stay up to date with latest integration technologies and devices a plan to maintain a leadership position in the field of integration.

• Past experience of building a product from concept to finish
