We are looking for a talented Scrum Master with expert Jira tool, project management skills. Your are responsible for:

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Be the point of contact for internal communication and external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
• JIRA admin with a mixture of on-premises and cloud & migration on-premises to cloud and vice versa
• Develop process workflow for Jira Agile, custom Permission Schemes, Notification Schemes, Screen Schemes, Custom Fields, and Field Configurations in JIRA
• Advanced knowledge and application of JIRA searches, JQL, reporting capabilities, dashboards, and Tempo add-ons... that expand their functionality.

To be successful in this role you must have some of the following:

• Experience in a scrum master role
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Strong comprehension of Agile Frameworks and practices [Scrum and Kanban] and how to effectively manage ceremonies through JIRA and Confluence capabilities
• Experience collaborating with clients on configuring and implementing solutions for the Atlassian application stack – JIRA, Jira Service Management, Advanced Roadmaps Confluence, Atlassian Access
• Using Jira REST APIs, develop one-off solutions for integrations with other tools, automate manual processes, data migration routines and extract data for reporting and analytics purposes are plus.
• Good English communication skills
• Good knowledge of other Agile methodology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Scrum master certification is a plus
