Role responsibility

PMO is the person who continually improves the process, tools, and methods of managing projects in the Group and acts as a “consultant” to influence and coach for project members to work smoothly & efficiently with each other.

Key responsibility

Improve processes, standards and tools for efficient management of the corporation's technology projects.
Train, coach, and manage to ensure compliance and uniformity of the technology project management process in the corporation and its subsidiaries.
Ensure transparency of the project's information (objectives, investments (personnel, infrastructure, technology, partners), processes, status) to help stakeholders make effective decisions.
Efficiently secure and manage technology projects.
Ensure the project management continuous improvement process.
Directly acting as Project manager of Group technology projects.
Project budget management

Yêu cầu:

Key skills

5+ years of experience working as a technology project manager for largescale & international projects
2+ years of experience using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybris for technology project management
1+ years of experience in managing technology programs of a large corporation.
Risk management
Stakeholder / Partner Management
Agile training
Team management and coaching
Process improvement
Understanding of retail, financial technology
Stay up to date on technology trends and new engineering practices
Presentation and persuasion skills
