Public market deals transact in milliseconds, but private market transactions can take weeks or even months to close. Negotiating agreements, messy communication, cumbersome closing processes, and human errors complicate the completion of these private deals.

Anduin helps investors, fund managers, lawyers & companies facilitate these processes with workflow tools to reduce the time and effort it takes to close different types of private market transactions.

We are looking for a Manual Quality Assurance Engineer, who will work closely with both software development and legal teams to take part in various phases of the operation of our Legal Services, which is a crucial part of Anduin Fund Subscription and Fund Operation products.

This role requires extreme attention to detail because the test subjects often contain a number of intricate logic.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with the legal and engineering teams to ensure the quality of the smart form digitization service
Ensure that checklists & guidelines are strictly followed
Utilize various testing tools to aid the manual testing process
Troubleshoot customer issues
Track & test customer change requests and reported issues

Yêu cầu:

Minimal 2 years of experience with website quality assurance or similar role
Highly responsible and hardworking
Excellent at time management & detail-oriented
Excellent at English reading comprehension
Good at English communication
Good at analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
