You will have a chance to work with international customers to support and maintain for our world-class product about digital workplace. The company you will be working for has been in the frontline of advanced Office365, Azure, Web and SharePoint development for many years.   

You will be trained by senior and experienced team members in Precio Fishbone Vietnam and receive an extensive training including an education package with trip to Europe for one month.  

Precio Fishbone Vietnam is looking for Application Maintenance Support Engineers (Office/Microsoft 365 and .Net web development) as follows:  

Your responsibilities:

  • Understand both the functionality and high level implementation of the product to be able to support our customers.
  • Answer questions and support the customers during and after the product deployment.
  • Troubleshooting for issues reported by the customers.
  • Communicate with team members across country borders to discuss and resolve project problem.
  • Make custom development or doing product migration when needed.

Yêu cầu:

Requirement:

  • Excellence in communication, both in English and Vietnamese
  • Strong in troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Good knowledge in Office/Microsoft 365 and .Net web development
  • Good knowledge in MSSQL and relational database
  • Nice to have the experience below but Fresher is accepted for this position

Nice to have:

  • Experience in either Developer or Customer Support position
  • Experience from agile projects such as Scrum
  • Experience from working in international team
