Mô tả công việc

We are an "old" startup company with IT & Insurance Experts and looking for a proactive PM/ Scrum Master to join our developing product of Insurance Core System. The work details are as below:

  • Manage projects and coach Scrum teams to successfully deliver the highest value features 
  • Develop schedule and cost plans that support the business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and project deliverables 
  • Act as a contact point with clients and internal team members (BA/ Dev/ QC) on project status, risks, and issues
  • Receive mentorship/ training from senior project managers 

Yêu cầu:

  • Have knowledge or experience in Scrum Master/ Project Manager role
  • Familiar with Agile principles, project management tools (Jira), and techniques
  • Good communication skills in working with Agile development team
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments
  • Strong leadership skill

Nice to have 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related fields
  • Knowledge of the Insurance domain
  • Agile Training / Certificates 
  • Good at English
