Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Work with different teams (US/Vietnam/Philippines) to understand e-Commerce business.
  • Research popular e-Commerce systems based on Experts’ guidelines, attract their main business models/ideas, then discuss with the team and give ideas/opinions.
  • Work closely with the Vietnam team to draw wireframes, write functional specifications.
  • Create/Monitor Jira tickets and manage the documents.
  • Detailed out business logics for the development team.
  • Prepare the corresponding documents for the result of business analysis.
  • Prepare user requirement, workflow, corresponding business process flow, data store requirement, etc. for the development of systems or business processes.
  • Discuss/communicate with key users/stakeholders to ensure the requirements are fully documented and communicated properly.

Yêu cầu:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent English skills (reading, writing, speaking & listening)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in analyzing requirement for software project
  • Strong drawing screens, workflow skills
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Jira system

            

Desired Qualification:

  • Strong functional requirement interpretation skills
  • Good sense of UI/UX is an advantage
  • Experience in e-Commerce, Social media especially Shopify/Amazon is a big plus.

Chế độ:

Salary Ranges:

  • Fresher: $300 ~ $500
  • Junior: $500 ~ $800
  • Senior: $800 ~ $1,200
  • BA Leader: $1,200 - $1,600

 

Salary & Allowances:

  • Annual salary review: 2 times / year
  • Bonus for every quarter, gift on special occasion, Loyalty program
  • Annual leave: 12 - 15 days/year, public holidays and other leaves in accordance with the Labor Law of Vietnam
  • Vacation 1 - 2 times / year
  • Travel abroad for business trips, training courses (like Amazon web service event)

  • Will pay 50 - 100% of education courses related to the job
  • Sport Activity Funding (Football, etc.)
