Work with all squads to advise and oversee performance against Agile processes
Enforce Agile values and practices at the tribe level, and ensure that the team is fully functional, productive, and focused on goal
Coach the Scrum Masters on setting up of Agile ceremonies, incl. stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives and adoption of Scrum/Safe framework in the bank
Coach the Agile team and PO on Agile processes, such as writing useful user stories and managing the backlog
Foster a collaborative culture and ensure the team regularly celebrates success
Work with organizational resources outside the team to remove impediments and protect them from organizational bureaucracy
Practical experience implementing Agile practices in squads
Experience working as a Scrum Master/PO in a bank
Proven understanding of Scrum/Safe frameworks along with good knowledge of business and technology
Experience in people management/people enablement role - being an enabler of others, relentlessly identifying & removing obstacles

Identifies & implements organization-wide agile practices that benefit the scrum teams
Helps the team to improve in the areas they have identified
Provides day-to-day coaching to the scrum master & PO to run agile ceremonies:
Guides PO on user stories during the Sprint planning meetings
Helps the Scrum master and scrum team to come up with a clear plan and mutually commit to achieve its plan
Reflects on the just completed Sprint at the Sprint Retrospectives with squad etc.
Analyses burn down chart with scrum master
Actively works with the scrum master to create and maintain the culture within the Agile Squads based on the organization & Agile leadership behaviors
Ensures that work of Scrum team is acknowledged and accounted for
Ensures a collaborative culture exists within the team and promotes team building, ensures entire team is engaged, etc.
Assists PO to manage and prioritize work through the backlog
Acts as a coach for new Agile Coaches that join the organization
Coaches Scrum Masters & POs on the adoption of agile practices in squads activities
Aligns with other Scrum Masters on product inter dependencies and cross-shares knowledge
