Anduin Transactions

Anduin Transactions is an early-stage technology startup that was started based on conversations between Joe Lonsdale and his network of entrepreneur and venture friends.

They needed something to be done to fix the confusing, messy, slow, expensive, and sometimes error-prone processes surrounding primary and secondary transactions in the private market.

We're a San Francisco based company with extensive connections among the wider community of VCs, law firms, and entrepreneurs. We also have cost-strategic investment in world-class talent at Vietnam- where we have a tight monopoly on the region's brightest repatriated U.S educated (C.S. PhDs), Silicon-Valley-trained (Palantir, Google, Facebook) engineers and International Olympiad in Informatics medalists. We are currently a team of 30 people.
