- Build, manage, and maintain data models, reports, and alerting systems to support reporting and analytical needs across departments.
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify insights about products, markets, and customers in order to support business decision-making.
- Support user behavior data tracking, measurement, analysis, and A/B testing to help improve product features.
- Support the development and management of the OKR system.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to design, build, and maintain data marts for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Train and guide end users in using data and analytics tools to retrieve insights, promoting a self-service data culture across the organization.
Yêu cầu:
- Good English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
- Solid foundational knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
- Proficiency in Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Strong SQL skills, with knowledge of databases and cloud platforms. Experience with Amazon Redshift and AWS is a plus.
- Experience using Python and/or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Careful, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible working attitude.
