As a software company operating within the laser scanning industry, we are looking for a freelancer based in Hanoi, Vietnam to help us improve and transform our products starting now.

About us:

PointCab is a leading pioneer with high expert knowledge in point cloud processing. Our goal is to develop innovative, faster, and, above all, easy-to-use solutions for our customers and the laser scanning industry as a whole.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Implementation of state-of-the-art algorithms 
  • Improving a well-maintained software architecture with new methods based on new design ideas 
  • Enforcing the test-driven development 
  • Continuous improvement and enhancement of our software 
  • Implementing the feedback of professionals in the field, using your algorithms

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Degree in software engineering, information science, computer vision, photogrammetry,
    geoinformatics, or similar
  • Good knowledge of C++ and Qt framework
  • Experience in Open Source projects is desirable
  • Optional: GPU programming with OpenCL, OpenCV
  • You have self-initiative, an affinity for innovation, and enjoy working with a small team
  • Highly proficient in English
