Elaborate requirements and scope
- Be able to elaborate on requirements, given situations in which customers don’t know what to provide
- Analyse up to the right level of detail to define the scope of functionalities
- Be able to identify and manage all external dependencies (if any)
- Collaborate with technical experts to propose an initial estimation of the scope
- Manage customers in various aspects: expectation, delivery timeline, relationship

Construct and implement requirements
- Organize workshop to present and discuss requirements in detail with customers
- Write user story and coordinate with the customer to validate it. User story must be in deep level of detail to minimize the clarification from developers.
- Review and validate test cases of testers
- Be able to execute tests from end user’s point of view
- Conduct a demonstration of implemented functionalities to customers and collect feedback
- Should have: be able to analyze code of legacy systems (as part of requirements to be defined in user story)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Logical thinking, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine the best solutions.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Organize workshops with customers.
- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Able to read legacy code to understand logic code.
- Able to start setup requirements from scratch
- Able to work with senior technical experts to perform estimation
- Able to lead test
- Strong communication and lead discussions with the customer
