Galaxy Education JSC is a subsidiary of Galaxy Entertainment & Education (Galaxy EE, the top media and entertainment corporation in Vietnam operating in 6 areas related to film and online study). We were established with the vision to bring the best-quality and world-class digital education platform to the Vietnamese market.

We has an excellent team of people, an open, creative, and challenge-welcoming work environment. Our solid strengths lie in technology capabilities, content production, customer research, and product distribution. Currently, we are at the top 1 of digital education for grades 1 to 12 and are actively expanding to other product groups (mobile apps for children and more).

Key responsibilities

  • Identify user needs and market dynamics, and use these to propose the strategic direction.
  • Focus on user experience (UX) to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers.
  • Synthesize and break down the business and operational requirements from other related departments into product requirements for the development team.
  • Create conceptualize wireframes/prototypes and specification documents for development.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Track progress, ensure quality and record feedback, evaluate products during product development and operation to achieve common development goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor/ college's degree with any major
  • Have 1 - 5 years of experience in product development (Mobile applications and websites, operating platforms, etc.).
  • Able to read and design in UML language, familiar with Use-cases diagram and Sequence Diagram.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in working with tech teams and all departments within a company.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven at work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience working with CRM systems, Loyalty Program, SEO Suite, or other internal systems and tools.
  • Have experience in operating payment systems.
  • Have experience in products relating to digital education/ e-commerce is a big plus.
  • Able to use data analysis tools and data visualization tools such as MySQL, Data Studio, and so on.
