- Receive requests for changes in core banking system from customers.. Core bank's applications include: Deposits, Loans, ForeignExchange, ATM , etc
- Create necessary documents of Technology group, monitor system operation and support immediate solution to ensure uninterrupted system.
- Apply the world’s most modern technologies to the core Banking system
- Directly implement or support BM / Leader to fulfill requests of change, system upgrade according to customer requirements
- Carry out analysis to clarify the customer’s requirements then consulting solution
- Converting requirements into models, terminology, technical documents that can be used by IT / System and DBA / Architect teams for deployment on systems
- Work closely with teams to design, validate, and implement solutions to requirements
- Maintain up to date documents during development / analysis and system design to meet customers' needs
