Yêu Cầu Công Việc

General skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
- Good communication
- Speaking, Writing and Reading English is preferred.
- Strong understanding of support processes – handling tickets, monitoring, processes, and metrics.
- Ability to analyze and familiarize with complex systems.
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
Technical skills:
- Experience with databases and using SQL to query data
- Experience with programming (basic).
- Experience with Linux (basic
