Mô tả công việc:

● Work with stakeholders and the technical team members to map, analyse and document innovative integrated software solutions and business processes
● Understand XPON’s and our Clients’ needs and translate product requirements into robust and innovative solutions, alongside our cross-functional team
● Support our Technical Leads and Solution Architects with end-to-end analysis across multiple internal and external systems
● Ratify the feasibility of our product requirements and solution designs at a high level
● Write clear and detailed User Stories with acceptance criteria
● Balance user, business and technology needs
● Consider both functional and non-functional requirements
● Work to de-risk projects earlier in the process
● Identify dependencies or risks against requirements and take initiative in suggesting solutions to the team

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

● Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
● Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis software and Survey/query software
● Experience working with business intelligence and reporting software.
● Excellent eye for detail, with proven experience in Data mining and Data visualisation
● End-to-end experience in a fast-paced, Agile environment as a Business Analyst
● High-level technical understanding of the principles of application modernisation, content management, subscriptions & payments, identity management & entitlements, cloud, SaaS, enterprise and micro services
● Passion for user-centered design
● Be comfortable working across an array of different tools and software solutions.
