Mô tả công việc:

  • Campaign Conceptualization: Assist in "The Big Idea" brainstorming sessions for new client pitches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Cross-Channel Design: Design integrated assets—one hour you’re building a 10-slide LinkedIn carousel, the next you’re designing a large-format billboard or a website landing page.
  • Motion & Video: Create simple but effective motion graphics (logo reveals, animated social ads) to increase engagement.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all exports are pixel-perfect and follow the specific technical specs of various ad platforms (Google Display, Meta, etc.).
  • Pitch Deck Design: Use your skills to make our agency’s pitch decks look world-class to help win new business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to understand project needs and align visuals with brand strategy.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Yêu cầu:

  • Software Stack: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in After Effects (for motion) and Figma (for UI/web layouts) is essential in an agency workflow. Illustrator and Photoshop for Graphic Designs.
  • Speed & Precision: Ability to work under "Agency Deadlines" without losing attention to detail (e.g., no typos in client files).
  • Portfolio Variety: We need to see that you can design for a minimalist luxury brand as well as a loud, energetic tech startup.
  • Feedback Resilience: Able to take constructive criticism from Creative Directors and "subjective" feedback from clients with a professional, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent eye for detail, layout, color, and typography.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
