- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting, tax, and audit standards.
- Manage payment accounts, banking relationships, and external audits.
- Liaise with tax and regulatory authorities to ensure timely reporting.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
- Provide financial insights to support pricing, investment, and cost control decisions.
Cash Management
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operations.
- Optimize bank and payment gateway utilization for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard cash and prevent risks.
Investor Relations
- Prepare financial updates and insights for current and potential investors.
- Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor communications.
Legal & Regulatory (Corporate Governance)
- Ensure compliance with corporate, financial, and commercial regulations.
- Review key contracts and monitor regulatory changes affecting business operations.
- Maintain statutory filings and governance documentation.
Yêu cầu:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, business planning, or FP&A; experience in e-commerce, retail, or technology companies is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance teams.
- Familiarity with tax compliance, audit coordination, and interactions with banks or other financial institutions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).
