Mô tả công việc:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Assistant IT Manager to manage the IT system of all offices in Vietnam to ensure smooth implementation of operating system, analysis, design of users’ requirements.
- Install End-user computer OS and troubleshoot in both hardware and software.
- Install and maintain wifi, printer, access control devices, network cabling.
- Provide support to all staff in daily basis.
- Ad hoc jobs/responsibilities as assigned by IT manager.

Key Stakeholders & Interface:
- All MSC Vietnam employee
- Vietnam IT manager, Assistant IT Manager

*Contract term: Temporary for 8 months

Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience system and applications support.
- Knowledge in Microsoft products, Cisco, PowerBI, Azure cloud and programming preferred.

Key Competencies & Skills:
- Must have technical skills and knowledge in End user computer, Wifi access point and controller, SQL server management.
- Good in communicating to End-User.
- Works independently with assistance, direction and goal setting from Assistant IT Manager.
