Mô tả công việc:

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  • Apply a user-centered design approach and prototype solutions
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop user flows, site maps, and information architecture to enhance the user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 2-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer 
  • Proven experience in designing web and mobile applications for fintech.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and visual design expertise.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
