JOB SCOPE INVOLVED:

• UX research on food ordering services across dine-in / pick-up / city-wide delivery.
• UX research on membership wallet services and rewards.
• Learn how to prepare user stories, acceptance criteria and refine mock-ups (sketches) to deliver specific user experience.
• Gather, interpret, and translate product owner needs into functional graphical and non functional graphical requirements.
• Work independently, self-manage time and assigned tasks wisely without constant oversight.
• Learn how to translate user problems into requirements that facilitate application development.
• Work with product owner and team when questions arise from a user perspective.
• Work with the development team to let them understand the interaction flow to ensure the effectiveness and quality of new development and enhancements to existing products.
• Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure that new releases function as intended and there is no negative impact to existing functionality.
• Contribute in scrum meeting including Product backlog Grooming, Story Estimation, Daily Scrum and Sprint Planning.
