• Perform test system for development for existing & new projects, including:
o Provide detailed specifications for proposed test solutions including time and scope involved based on customer’s & product specification requirement.
o Perform Design for Test (DFT), test coverage analysis based on product specification and function.
o Work with Vendors and/or Customers on test hardware, Fixture development and fabrication.
o Provide solutions on infrastructure of test systems, such as network, electricity, AC...
o Develop and release Test software, FW, GUI for tester.
• Prepare test specification and qualification reports like CPK, GR&R, ORT… for the new test system.
• RFQ analysis to provide cost estimation for a new test system, including: labor test cost & NRE
• Document and monitor testing outcomes and establish steps to remedy problems
• Create test design documentation including test instructions, specifications, drawings, and verification plans.
• Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve testing procedures
• Detailed understanding of how to properly document test cases and create effective and focused testing plans
• Define clear goals for all aspects of a product test and develop steps for their proper execution
• Provide technical support to the production site, including: hardware maintenance; test system calibration & validation, set up; high-level software debug; training; test yield and coverage improvement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University Graduated in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science/ IT with at least 3 years experience of test development in manufacturing companies.
• Experience in software development and testing with programming languages: Python, C++, C#.
• Advanced understanding Experience with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systems and backend programming
• Professional work experience in analyzing and testing computer hardware and software
• Experience in Electronic manufacturing service (EMS) industries.
• Expert understanding of PC subsystems, test hardware/software concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in Flash memory/storage interfaces and technologies will be an added advantage.
• Ability to understand about electronic component datasheets and specifications, schematic analysis.
• Ability to speak, read and write English is a must. Able to communicate fluently with US and European customers and US headquarters.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
