WE NEED YOU
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Hanoi - Linagora Vietnam, for helping us obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• As a true entrepreneur, mobilizing multiple actors (pre-sales & support function, technical experts, project managers, R&D team, etc.) to develop innovative and winning proposals for clients
• Catch-up new technologies, digital techniques and provide recommendation for adoption where appropriate
• Manage, coach, and develop sale force
• Participate to project management tasks when required.

REQUIREMENTS
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales, marketing or relevant field
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role; experience in the IT sector/ IT project is highly regarded
• Proven sales track record
• Good knowledge of IT sector & market, technology trends, understanding about the universe of Free Software
• Project management experience is advantageous, experience in customer support is a plus
• Efficient communication & negotiation skills, strong planning & reporting skills
• Good in English, French is a plus
• Request to submit application in English or French
