* Purpose of this position
Monitor and service the day-to-day networking, communication system, all monitoring system and related system of B.GRIMM Power Vietnam and other Vietnam entities to ensure that they are run effectively, efficiently, and compliantly with stakeholder requirements at all times.
* Duties and Responsibilities
• Working as Oracle IT support with strong background on Oracle Functionality and Technical skill:
• Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models.
• Provide supports during developing/testing and deployment of system changes.
• Monitor and resolve issues of both Production and Integration environments.
• Support development teams on database aspects.
• Support database services to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security, tuning, and performance
• Participate in transformation and architecture projects: there will be many architecture improvements and technical challenges.
• Working with End users and development team to design and develop conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Debug and perform root cause analysis for application issues.
• Take initiative in recommending improvements to the development process
• Proactively identify application pain points and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders within an agile environment.
• Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure, and on-premise servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Experience with database backup and recovery strategies.
• Deployment Automation: Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines using industry-standard tools to enable continuous integration and deployment of software systems. Ensure proper configuration management and version control of code, database schemas, and related artifacts.
• Evaluating existing data systems.
• Evaluating implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.
• Developing best practices for data coding to ensure consistency within the system.
• Reviewing modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility.
• Updating and optimizing local and metadata models.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing data systems.
• Documents data architecture and data modeling solutions
• Working under supervision of Operating Manager
• Renewable power plant and Solar Rooftop
• Monitoring and Services by proposed solution to keep availability and reliability of networking, communication system, all monitoring system in each plant
• Maintain, Implement and Improvement Renewable power plant performance to meet company plan and target
• Estimate budget and Prepare feasibility study for IT activities and yearly budget
• Control and Manage subcontractor to comply with Enterprise KPIs and company policies
• Understand about working under International Organization for Standardization (ISO) such as ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 etc.
• Manage other improvement projects related to renewable power plant and solar rooftop
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi Controller, VPN, QoS, CCTV).
• Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Prepare report information as assigned.
• IT Asset Management.
• Respond within SLA.
• Other adhoc projects.
• Update the network diagram up to date regularly.
• Strictly follow all safety and environmental regulations.
• Strictly follow the company's compliance and policies.
• Assist in the evaluation of Information and Communication Technology staff and other departments as requested.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

* Qualification
- Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- Professional Experience
• Proven experience in managing and supporting databases in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of database management systems, such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong DBA experience in Production environments and development team support.
• Experience in implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures and plans for databases.
• Experience minimum 0-2 years of work experience in renewable power plants (solar, wind and etc.)
• Experience minimum 5 Years in Oracle EBS
• Experience minimum 1-2 Years in System/Network Engineer (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS Web Server, Cisco, Fortigate)
- Preferred Knowledge
• Understandings in ISMS (ISO27001) will be advantage.
• IT Support request and troubleshooting problems.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Have experience in Project Management and control vendor
• Have experience in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program
• Have experience in Cloud and Server Monitoring System
• Have experience in Networking and Communication System
• Have experience in Visio, Gliffy diagrams or Flowchart Equivalent
