 Understand the customer’s needs, work with other consultants, support teams to complete design
and testing documentation.
 Create technical design documentation, coding, unit testing and develop functionality of Microsoft
Dynamics ERP & CRM based on functional design documents.
 Provide support and expertise on development technologies and environments.
 Data migration development and testing.
 Build and package Dynamics customizations.
 Provide technical support to functional consultants, projects managers, sales department and
customers.

 Graduated from university, major in IT Engineering / MIS – Management Information System / BIS
– Business Information System / Software Technology.
 Good software programming skills, comprehensive language C#, Experience with
SQL/SSAS/SSRS and web service.
 Development and customization experience in Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O is a MUST.
 Familiar with Software Implementation Methodology, Microsoft .NET technology, Microsoft Visual
Studio development.
 Having knowledge of Database Systems Analysis and Design.
 Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM certificate is a PLUS.
