THE OPPORTUNITY
An opportunity has arisen for two fluent English-speaking IT professionals to join Structerre’s IT team:
• 2x Graduate /Junior IT Support role
• Workplace: Ho Chi Minh City office
• Time of work: From Monday - to Friday; 2 shifts/ flexible rotate shift
- 1st shift: 5.00 a.m - 12.30 am (Apr-Sep); 4.00a.m - 11. 30a.m (Oct-Mar) _Work from home
- 2nd shift: 7.30 am - 5.00 pm_ Work in HCMC office.
Qualified candidates will be trained for 2 months at the HCMC office during business hours before working in shifts
GRADUATE IT SUPPORT ROLE:
- The IT Support Officer provides first-level technical support to staff in relation to IT resources and services.
- As the face of IT, you will perform incident resolution and service request fulfillment for a diverse range of users across the Five Group and its subsidiaries.
- The IT Support Officer role works both autonomously and within a geographically dispersed team to deliver IT service improvements in line with the Five Group’s technology roadmap.
- Most computers are Windows, but we also have many Mac OS X computers and iPads. The environment is constantly changing and requires adaptability and continuous learning.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing proactive first-level support for Five Group IT services, via prescribed support channels
• Perform basic triage on incoming IT tickets including:
- respond to staff within SLA times,
- gather basic information on tickets,
- prioritize tickets and reassign them to other IT staff when required.
• Follow the IT process in onboarding new starters and offboarding leavers.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Document internal processes.
• Continually strive to improve your IT knowledge & experience.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• IT Background
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese languages.
• Familiar with Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux
• Good troubleshooting mindset & communication skills.
• A strong customer focus.
• Personal organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to growth and learning.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 suite of products
• Exposure to Windows Server, Linux Server
• Exposure to Atlassian products
• Understanding ITIL concepts
