Mô tả công việc:

  • Multi-Account Strategy: Develop and execute bespoke social strategies for 3–5 diverse clients (ranging from lifestyle to corporate).
  • Content Production: Concept and capture "low-fi" content (Mobile Phone photography/BTS) to fuel rapid-response social trends.
  • Client Communication: Participate in weekly status calls, presenting performance data and pitching new content ideas directly to clients.
  • Paid Social Support: Work alongside the performance team to ensure organic content aligns with paid ad creative.
  • Content Creation: Produce, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, images,
    videos, stories) consistent with brand voice.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze data, and report on campaign success (ROI) to inform future strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and design teams for brand consistency.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform changes, algorithms, and industry trends.

Yêu cầu:

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to write in multiple brand voices within the same afternoon, keen interest in AI for marketing. 
  • Agency Experience: 1-2 years in an agency environment is highly preferred (handling 3+ clients simultaneously).
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and native platform editors (TikTok/IG).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to explain why a post failed or succeeded to a client using data, not just "feelings."
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc..
  • Analytics: Ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Tools: Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools
  • Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skill
  • Laguage: Good English communication skills.
