Chức năng chính (Primary Objectives)
- Theo dõi hoạt động của hệ thống ứng dụng trong môi trường làm việc 24x7x365 và nghiên cứu, xác định, thực hiện việc đánh giá các lỗ hổng an ninh đồng thời xác định, đánh giá và giảm thiểu rủi ro bảo mật.
- The operational health of application systems in a 24x7x365 production environment and will research, identify and implement solutions as well as perform computer and/or network security vulnerability assessments and identify, evaluate and mitigate security risks.
- Hỗ trợ người sử dụng hệ thống giao dịch chứng khoán và làm việc với nhiều ứng dụng được tùy chỉnh, hoạt động trên các hệ điều hành khác nhau.
- Support users on trading platform and work with collection of custom applications and systems operating on different OS.
Nhiệm vụ chủ yếu (Main responsibilities)
- Vận hành, giám sát và xác định lỗi trên hệ thống giao dịch Phái sinh và hệ thống phòng ngừa thảm họa.
- Operate, monitor, and diagnose Derivatives trading system and DR site.
- Nghiên cứu, thiết kế, phát triển và thực hiện các giải pháp cho việc xử lý lỗi, hiệu suất, năng lực và quản lý cấu hình các ứng dụng. Sẽ làm việc chung với các nhóm cơ sở hạ tầng để xác định kết hợp, đưa ra giải pháp thống nhất.
- Research, design, develop and implement solutions for fault, performance, capacity, and configuration management for applications. Will work in conjunction with Infrastructure teams to identify combined, centralized solutions.
- Thiết kế, phát triển và thực hiện các tài liệu hoặc các công cụ thích hợp để duy trì hoạt động các ứng dụng.
- Designs, develops and implements documentation or tools appropriate to the maintenance of application platforms.
- Phát triển, cải thiện, chỉnh sửa và đánh giá kiến trúc an ninh của các hệ thống được triển khai trên internet.
- Develops, improves, modifies, and assesses security architecture in a hosting-based environment.
- Xử lý tất cả các điểm yếu an ninh hệ thống và làm việc với các đối tác cùng bên thứ ba để giải quyết vấn đề an ninh.
- Responds to all system security weak points and partners with other teams and third-party vendors to resolve security issues.
- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật chuyên sâu (cấp độ 2) cho các vấn đề từ nhóm hỗ trợ người dùng. Trao đổi với nhóm phát triển ứng dụng để giải quyết vấn đề phức tạp (cấp độ 3). Sẵn sàng hỗ trợ các vấn đề phát sinh ngoài giờ làm việc.
- Provide Tier 2 support to issues escalated from Service Desk team. Interface with development teams to resolve Tier 3 'in code' issues. On-call support for escalated off-hours issues.
- Thực hiện và duy trì các tiêu chuẩn cung cấp dịch vụ nội bộ với bộ phận kinh doanh.
- Execution and maintenance of internal SLAs developed with business stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc
Trình độ (Education level)
- Bằng Cử nhân/ Kỹ sư trong lĩnh vực Khoa học máy tính hoặc CNTT.
- Bachelor’s (or above) degree in the field of computer science or information systems.
Kiến thức - kinh nghiệm (Knowledge & Experiences)
- Tối thiểu 2 năm trong vai trò hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trong việc vận hành hệ thống , ưu tiên các hệ thống hoạt động liên tục 24-7-365.
- Minimum 2 years in a technical role involving applications operation and management, preferably in a 24-7-365 production environment.
- Có MCSE, LPIC-3 được ưu tiên.
- Has MCSE, LPIC-3 is preferred.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc và kiến thức vững chắc về hệ điều hành Windows và Unix / Linux. Nên biết HA, cấu hình CFS, an ninh và quản lý bản vá.
- Must have solid working experience and knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems. Should be familiar with HA, CFS configurations, security and patch management.
- Nắm vững về khái niệm mạng Internet, các giao thức và dịch vụ liên quan (TCP / IP, HTTP, FTP, SCP, DNS).
- Strong grasp of Internet network concepts, protocols, and associated services (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SCP, DNS).
- Kinh nghiệm trong việc thiết kế kiến trúc bảo mật mạng, công nghệ ảo hóa, các nguyên tắc quản lý truy cập và định danh, bảo mật ứng dụng, và các công nghệ mã hóa.
- Experience in designing secure network architectures, virtualization technologies, identity and access management principles, application security, and encryption technologies.

- Installation, configuration, and administration experience with operations management tools: IIS, Tomcat, RecordTS and VMware performance tools…
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý/ bảo trì các ứng dụng ở nhiều tầng trong môi trường chính, hỗ trợ cho kinh doanh.
- Experience administering/maintaining multi-tier application systems in a production environment.
