General Summary

LizAI is seeking a talented individual who is passionate about building the next generation of AI in Healthcare. You will work with many cross-functional teams and be responsible for, but not limited to, designing, building, and maintaining the highly scalable WEB platform. You are expected to display a high level of determination to complete work in a resourceful and proactive manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a software engineer, you will work on multiple projects critical to LizAI's needs, with our fast-paced business growing and evolving. Our engineers need to be versatile and enthusiastic about tackling new problems across the full-stack as we continue pushing technology forward.
  • You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
  • Design, code, and test new features, making marked contributions to the application and process, emphasizing performant, decoupled, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
  • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
  • Lead and mentor new hires or junior engineers
  • Report the data to the team.
  • Comply with the data storage policies of LizAI.
  • Possible international business travels.

Yêu cầu công việc

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Angular, strong design, and extensive implementation of the highly scalable production environment.
  • Experience with tools like Angular CLI and or Gulp.
  • Experience consuming REST APIs Experience with client-side architecture and design patterns.
  • Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and being exposed to Scrum projects.
  • Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations.
  • Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work with diverse, global teams in many locations and time zones.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
  • ​​Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting timelines and adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of working knowledge in front-end web development.
  • Extensive programming experience in Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap Foundation, or Materialize.
  • Good command of English communication.

Compensation includes monthly (base) salary, year-end bonus (13th month-salary and more), and performance-based bonuses.

Monthly (base) salary is negotiable and up to $ 2,000. 
Factors for consideration are level, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Your compensation and promotion will be reviewed and adjusted at any time as you grow and develop within the role.

Additional benefits include, but not limited to, soft-skills, English, and technical trainings.
