Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Provide in-region representation of Corsair's interests and priorities with local partners and vendors
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets for key initiatives such as new product introductions and new factory/site on-boarding. Build alignment on schedule and budget with key business stakeholders and communicate regular progress, risk assessments, and requirements to those stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and oversight in-region to ensure partners and vendors are designing to and delivering against Corsair's quality and performance standards.
• Define project responsibilities with key stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional project meetings to ensure all necessary teams are current on required actions and have clarity on future expectations and deadlines.
• Analyze capabilities and gaps with current partners and make recommendations on improvement opportunities or risks that require addressing

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
• 10+ years of technical project management experience including schedule and budget creation and maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments with strong technical knowledge in manufacturing engineering: Tools, yield enhancement, knowledge of ME and EE. Experience with PC case and power supply fans and cooling preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. English language proficiency required. Experienced in communicating with executive and senior management sponsors and partners.
• Technical experience required; mechanical engineering, injection molding, and SMT experience strongly preferred. Ability to assess engineering drawings and manufacturing execution against design a major benefit.
• Strong analytic skill set with competency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis requirements.
• Good understanding of P&L modeling and cost analysis.
• Ability to simplify complex projects to key milestone and action updates for project communication.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite of productivity tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
