Mô tả công việc

  • Working with the hiring manager to clarify requirements, manage jobs, and submit candidates.
  • Researching and regularly keeping up with market rates by role and region.
  • Directly recruiting and sourcing suitable candidates.
  • During the process of working with HM, learning recruitment techniques and building a candidate network.
  • Updating and communicating with the team, testing and monitoring recruitment campaigns and strategies.

Yêu cầu:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
  • Good at Japanese for 4 comprehension skills (Japanese skill at least N2 or equivalent).
  • Experience in headhunting, especially for mid-level and above positions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
