Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest data from multiple sources to the data lake.
- Design and build data architectures that are optimized for performance and cost.
- Continuously enhance and optimize existing data platform services.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Continuously learn to sharpen fundamental skills, pick up new technologies in the field, and understand what is relevant and when to apply.

Requirements
- Possession of a solid problem-solving mindset with the support of tools and technologies.
- Minimum three years of working experience in data engineering or JVM-based backend development.
- Efficient coding skills in SQL, Python, Java/Scala, and Bash scripting.
- Comfortable working with modern data technologies, including Spark, Airflow, and Kafka.
- Good understanding of different types of common data formats and data storage technologies.
- Good knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong ability to reason about data structures, complexity, and possible engineering approaches to a problem.
