- Service support (implementation, troubleshooting) for Manufacturing system (MES, BI, Planning, M2M)
- Responsible for software/new solution demonstration at customer site
- Collaborate/Contact with Headquarter for software/system implementation, quotation, proposal...
- Coordinate with Panasonic's customers & providing technical software support/training

- Basic knowledge & experience of OOP programming & SQL database
- Knowledge of manufacturing process will be an advantage
- Bachelor Degree in IT or related courses
- Good at teamwork, communication & customer-oriented skills.
