Understand and analyze business requirements from different business units and branches in VPBank.
Study new banking products, banking processes, focus on loan and deposit products. Utilize all out-of-the-box functionalities of T24 to fulfill business requirements whenever possible
Provide advices to Business Architect as well as Business Users with T24 capabilities. Analyze/propose all customizations/modifications needed to fulfill business requirements
Document all configurations/customizations/modifications and make it understandable for developers to implement these change requests. Provide documents/supports to architecture team regarding change requests of the corresponding systems
Participate in the dedicated projects at a given time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner
Setup tasks, monitor and responsible for implementing the change requests
Consult, support end-Users, business units with incidents/requests regarding customizations/modifications which has been implemented.
Ensure standard quality and timeline for provided services.
Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the Department/team about capabilities of new technology/systems
Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Department or project Management (in project scope)

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor degree and above

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

Experience in T24 for at least 2 years.
Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules in T24.
Understand how to write a SRS for Banking Products/processes
