Work with US clients and development team;
Build test plan;
Test strategy composition and tasks estimation;
Understand projectrequirements and identifytest requirements/Prepare test data;
Develop and maintain and execute manual test cases for mobile application and web application project;
Actively providefeedback on assignments;
Identify and analyzeand report test result;
Report and monitor defectsin the defect tracking system;
Directly communicate issues and do demoto client;
Communicate issues to the project manager in timely manner;
Handle most difficult/complex technical assignments;
Handle multipleassignment concurrently;
Coordinate with project management to make sure the project goes smoothly

Bachelor's degree inIT or related;
Senior Positionrequired 4+ years experience testing with mobile and web application
Lead position required at least 2+ years working experience in QC Lead position;
Lead candidate with good English communication will be promote to PM after few months of working.
Solid experience in creating and implementing test strategies and detailed test plan, test case;
Strong experience in estimating test activities and deliverable;
Good knowledge in testing methodology and database skill isrequired;
Experience with cross browser, cross platform;
Careful and logical thinking;
Adapt working OT to completethe release on time;
Can work well under pressureand work independently
